Students of Longmont Suzuki Strings (76 total) participated in the Play For Peace Concert on Saturday, April 18.  They raised $1011.32 for their Pennies For Peace Campaign.  Students in Golden (35 total) participated in the Play For Peace Concert on Saturday, May 2.  They raised $306.24 for their Pennies For Peace Campaign.

The grand total:  $1317.56!

Congratulations on a wonderful effort to promote peace through music and education.  I am honored to work with such fabulous people.

Longmont Suzuki Strings is offering a parent lecture specifically for new parents or any wanting a refresher.  It will be held Monday, Feb. 9, 6:00-7:00 pm at Westview Presbyterian Church.  Please RSVP by Feb. 6th to:  meg.titensor@gmail.com.

I'm happy to announce that all Longmont Suzuki Strings group classes will be held on Mondays.  Cellists who formerly had group on Tuesdays will now meet at their same times on Mondays starting January 26th.
