I want to take a moment to congratulate all the students who auditioned for Jeffco's All County Middle and High School Honor Orchestras.  I'm very proud of your hard work and accomplishments.  I have 6 students who made it into both honor orchestras.  Congrats!

Students of Longmont Suzuki Strings (76 total) participated in the Play For Peace Concert on Saturday, April 18.  They raised $1011.32 for their Pennies For Peace Campaign.  Students in Golden (35 total) participated in the Play For Peace Concert on Saturday, May 2.  They raised $306.24 for their Pennies For Peace Campaign.

The grand total:  $1317.56!

Congratulations on a wonderful effort to promote peace through music and education.  I am honored to work with such fabulous people.

Louisville students performed on Friday, April 24, 7 pm at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church, and Golden students performed on Sunday, April 26, 2 pm and 3:30 pm at Calvary Church.  They were fabulous!  I'm so proud of the accomplishments and progress of all my students.

Lessons in Golden will no longer be held at Golden Music Center.  Two different churches are willing to rent out classrooms for our use!  Here's a big thanks to Jefferson Unitarian Church and Calvary Church!
